摘 要:对华中五味子雌雄株花期叶片中4种内源激素含量进行测定和比值的比较,结果表明,雌株叶片中的ABA含量显著高于雄株,IAA、GA3和ZR含量则显著低于雄株,ABA/IAA、ABA/GA3和ABA/ZR比值显著高于雄株,这可能与华中五味子性别分化有关。Four kinds of endogenous hormone contents and their ratio levels in female and male plants leaves of Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils. during flowering stage were investigated in this paper. The results showed that, in female plants leaves, ABA contents were significantly higher than those in male plants leaves, IAA, GA3 and ZR contents were significantly lower than those in male plants leaves, and ABA/IAA, ABA/GA3 and ABA/ZR value were significantly higher than those in male plants leaves, which might be associated with sex differentiation.
