摘 要:目的探讨红细胞指数在评价甲状腺实质内血流情况中的应用价值。方法对初发甲状腺自身免疫性疾病患者66例,根据TSH、FT4分为两组(甲亢组54例、甲减组11例);正常对照组65名。分析3组红细胞指数的差异,计算甲状腺功能异常组与正常对照组的最佳诊断界点及其敏感度、特异度及准确率。结果 3组间红细胞指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。判定甲状腺功能有无异常的红细胞指数的最佳诊断界点为9.84,敏感度、特异度与准确率分别为95.40%、87.70%、91.60%。结论红细胞指数作为一项定量参数,能较好地反映甲状腺实质内的血流情况。Objective To explore the value of erythrocyte indexin evaluation on the flow in thyroid parenchyma.Methods Totally 66 patients with untreated thyroid autoimmunity diseases and 65 controls(control group) were enrolled.According to the results of serum tests,66 patients were divided into hyperthyroidism group(n=54) and hypothyroidism group(n=11).The differences of erythrocyte index among the three groups were analyzed.Then the best cutoff value,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were calculated.Results There were significant differences of erythrocyte index among three groups(P0.001).The best cutoff value was 9.84,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy was 95.40%,87.70%,91.60%,respectively.Conclusion Erythrocyte index is a promising quantitative method in reflecting the flow of thyroid parenchyma.
