摘  要:基于以磁场强度和温度为变量的非线性材料物理性能模型,利用有限元软件Flux对铁磁性圆棒料的感应加热过程进行了数值分析,研究加热过程中温度、磁场强度的变化规律及对材料性能参数的影响。同时,搭建了感应加热实验研究平台,测得圆棒料若干点的表面温度和电源输出的有功功率曲线,与计算结果进行了对比分析,结果表明,模拟结果和实验测量数据十分吻合。验证了数值分析中所采用的材料物理性能模型的准确性,为今后铁磁性材料感应加热系统的设计提供了理论依据和实验基础。The induction heating process of ferromagnetic billets was simulated using finite element software(Flux),on the basis of non-linear models of materials' physical properties as a function of magnetic field strength and temperature.Variations of temperature and electromagnetic field during induction heating,and their influences on the physical parameters of materials were obtained.To test the accuracy of the simulated results,an experimental system for examining the heating process was established,and the temperature curves at several points on the billet surface and the active power curves were achieved.A perfect coincidence between experimental data and simulated ones is acquired,which confirms the reliability of the proposed physical models.As a result,this work offers both theoretical and practical references for designing induction heating systems specially for ferromagnetic materials.
