摘 要:参考GJB150.9规定的湿热环境,测试聚氨酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛两类胶片制作的夹层玻璃样品在不同湿热老化时间下的光学性能变化,随后将湿热后的样品在室温环境中长期放置,考察光学性能的恢复情况。进一步将两类胶片直接浸入60±1℃水中,浸泡8h、16h、48h、78h,并将吸水饱和的样品进行烘干处理,采用FTIR、减法光谱等方法研究胶片在水作用下的结构变化.试验发现:两类夹层玻璃的光学性能有明显变化,如湿热老化30天后,聚氨酯夹层玻璃的透光度降低2.2%,雾度增加11.6%;室温放置后聚氨酯夹层玻璃样品的雾度值不能恢复到湿热试验前的数据,而PVB夹层玻璃样品可以恢复。减法光谱结果表明:聚氨酯胶片与水可形成一种缔合结构。Heat damp test was carried out according to the GJB150.9 standard.The laminated glass samples with polyurethane(PU) and polyvinylbutyral(PVB) as interlayer respectively were tested under heat damp environment,which optical properties were changed evidently in different times,such as the transparence decreased 2.2% and haze increased 11.6%.And then,the samples were placed for a long time in natural environment.It is found that the haze of laminated sample with PU can't comeback,while sample with PU can.Accelerated aging was carried out by submerging the samples in 60±1℃ water for some time,the sample absorbed enough water were dried entirely.With the help of Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and subtraction spectra,the results are shown that new structures are formed between the interaction of PU and water.
