摘  要:分析鸡冠花炒炭前后无机元素的含量变化。采用湿法消解ICP-AES测定6个产地,10个批次鸡冠花生品及其炭品中21种无机元素的含量。鸡冠花炒炭前后无机元素的种类不变,炒炭后除了Ca含量明显升高,Na的含量明显降低之外,其余各无机元素含量变化不明显。炒炭对鸡冠花中无机元素的含量具有一定的影响。The contents changes of inorganic elements in flos celosiae cristatae were analyzed.The contents of 21 kinds inorganic elements in 10 batches flos celosiae cristatae crude drugs from 6 kinds producing area and its carbon products were determined by ICP-AES with wet digestion.The kinds of inorganic elements in flos celosiae cristatae before and after carbonizing process were invariant,and except the obvious increase of Ca content and obvious decrease of Na content,the contents of another inorganic elements were not obviously change.The carbonizing process has the certain effect on the contents of inorganic elements in flos celosiae cristatae.
