摘  要:以‘金叶’鹿角桧和‘金叶疏枝’欧洲刺柏为材料,探索不同基因型间扦插繁殖与年龄效应的关系,为提高繁殖系数和采穗圃的营建提供理论基础。结果表明:二者均表现明显的年龄效应。随着‘金叶’鹿角桧采穗母株年龄增加,插穗生根所需时间增长,扦插生根率下降;2、3、6、8年生母株插穗的生根率分别为88.22%、95.40%、龄母株插穗,其中2年生母株插穗春季萌芽长及后期苗高分别为1.9、12.1 cm,而8年生母株插穗分别为1.0、10.9cm。对‘金叶疏枝’欧洲刺柏,不同株龄对插穗生根所需时间无显著影响,但其余各项指标均存在差异,其变化与‘金叶’鹿角桧的趋势相同,以2、3年生母株插穗生根及生长表现较好。An experiment was conducted to study the age effect between different genotypes using Juniperus × media ‘Pfitzeriana Aurea’ and J.communis ‘Depressa Aurea’ as experimental materials,in order to provide theoretical bases for the improvement of reproduction coefficient and the establishment of cutting orchard.Results indicated that both cultivars showed a significant age effect.For J.× media ‘Pfitzeriana Aurea’,the time required for rooting became longer with the increase of age.Meanwhile,the rooting rate declined,and the rooting rates of the cuttings from 2-,3-,6-and 8-year-old donor trees were 88.22%,95.40%,74.77% and 34.21%,respectively.The cuttings from younger donor trees(2-and 3-year-old)grew better than those from the older ones(6-and 8-year-old),having well-developed root systems.The bud length of cuttings from 2-year-old donor trees in spring and the seedling height after a growing season were 1.9 cm and 12.1 cm,respectively,while those for the cuttings from 8-year-old ones were 1.0 cm and 10.9 cm.For J.communis ‘Depressa Aurea’,the age of donor trees did not have a significant influence on the time required for rooting,but there were differences in other indexes and their trends were similar to those of J.× media ‘Pfitzeriana Aurea’.The cuttings from 2-and 3-year-old donor trees grew better and had well-developed root systems.
