基于条件价值评估法的中国亚洲象存在价值评估

摘　　要：利用条件价值评估法(CVM),研究了我国居民对于亚洲象(Elephas maximus)存在价值的支付意愿(WP),进而对中国亚洲象总体存在价值进行了评估。结果表明:54.7%的人愿意为了亚洲象的存在而支付一定资金,人均支付意愿为1 16.31元/a,评估得出我国亚洲象总的存在价值为5.71×1010元/a。通过对支付意愿的回归分析发现,支付意愿同被调查者对亚洲象的了解程度、经济收入状况以及支付态度成正相关。利用建立的Logit和Probit计量经济模型对支付态度的影响因素分析发现:支付态度受被调查者的收入。Chinese residents＇ willingness to pay（WTP） for Indian elephants（Elephas maxinus） was studied by contingent valuation method and questionnaires.The overall existence value of E.maxinus was evaluated.Result shows that 54.7% of the respondents are willing to pay for E.maxinus,and the average individual＇s WTP is 116.31 yuan every year.The total monetary existence value of E.maxinus in China could be estimated at 5.71×1010 yuan every year.The regression analysis of the WTP shows that WTP is positively correlated with respondents＇ familiarity with E.maxinus,income situation,and paying attitude.Logit and Probit econometric models were established to analyze the influence factors on paying attitude.It is indicated that paying attitude is affected by respondents＇ income,level of familiarity with E.maxinus and their education degree,and it is positively correlated with these three factors.The biggest influence is familiarity level.
