摘 要:为探讨首层柱顶隔震体系的工程应用,以某首层架空的5层综合楼为背景,进行隔震设计和分析,同时讨论相关的结构、构造设计及工程经济性。时程分析表明:在7度地震作用下,上部结构有显著的减震效果;下部结构(首层独立柱)有增大的结构动力反应。首层独立柱按7度罕遇地震内力进行强度设计,保证了其在罕遇地震下不屈服并具有安全储备。着重讨论了独立柱的设计,表明了独立柱既满足结构安全又不影响架空层的利用。验证了首层为薄弱层的该框架结构应用首层柱顶隔震在技术上可靠,工程经济性上可行。First - floor isolation is one of story isolation system, its engineering application is rare. In order to expatiate its engineering application comprehensively, isolation design and analysis of a five-story structure are carried out, of which first floor is open, meanwhile, related construction designs and engineering economics are discussed. Time-history analyses show that, under 7 degree earthquakes, vibration reduction effect of the superstructure is obviously; The substructure (independent columns of first-floor) has increase of structural dynamic response obviously. Strengths of the independent columns are designed according to the internal forces under 7 degree rare earthquakes, which ensures the substructure not to yield and has safety stock; Design of independent columns is emphatically discussed and it ensures structure safety and does not affect the use of the space of the open floor. It is verified that first-floor isolation technology applied on the first-floor weak structure is not only reliable in technology but also reasonable in economy.
