摘　　要：胰岛素样生长因子-1作为胰岛素家族的一员，已被证实在脑血管疾病发生发展及治疗中起着重要作用。在对胰岛素样生长因子-1和其受体在脑血管疾病中的临床作用深入研究后，人们逐渐对胰岛素样生长因子-1及其受体在治疗脑血管疾病外的作用引起了重视，本文就胰岛素样生长因子-1及其受体与心血管疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。Insulin - like growing factor - 1 （ IGF - 1 ） is one of the insulin family members and has been confirmed to play an important role in the development and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases. With the deep study of the role of IGF - 1 and its receptors in the clinical cercbrovascular disease, it is found that IGF - 1 and its receptors play an important role in the diseases except the clini- cal cerebrovascular diseases. The relationship between IGF - 1 and its receptors and cardiovascular diseases is reviewed in this paper.
