摘　　要：囊性纤维化相关糖尿病(CFRD)是囊性纤维化患者最常见的并发症。囊性纤维化基金会、美国糖尿病学会和儿童内分泌学会共同发表该临床治疗指南,对CFRD的筛查、诊断和医疗管理提出共识,并着重于CFRD的特殊管理。Cystic fibrosis-related diabetes （CFRD） is the most cystic fibrosis.
