摘　　要：代谢组学是近几年发展起来的对某一生物或细胞所有低分子量代谢产物进行定性和定量分析的一门新学科。通过对DM生物样品的代谢谱分析,可以获得内源性代谢产物的信息,从而找到可以反映DM的病理和发展进程的生物标记物。目前,代谢组学的方法已应用于DM的诊断和DM致病机制及降糖药物的研究等方面,具有广阔的发展潜力。Metabonomics is a new science that developed in recent years to quantitauvely or qualitatively analyze all the low molecular weight metabolites in an organ or cells, By comparing the differences in metabolite profiles, we can find the biomarkers which can reflect the pathology and development process of diabetes. Currently, a small number of markers were used for clinical assessment of T2DM treatment.
