五福心脑清软胶囊治疗阿尔茨海默病气滞血瘀证患者41例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察五福心脑清软胶囊治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)气滞血瘀证的临床疗效及安全性。方法 80例AD气滞血瘀证患者随机分为对照组39例和治疗组41例,两组均给予盐酸多奈哌齐片,每次5～10mg,每天1次口服,治疗组在此基础上加用五福心脑清软胶囊,每次0.8g,每天3次口服,两组均治疗6个月。治疗前后进行简易智能量表(MMSE)、AD评定量表认知部分(ADAS-Cog)、日常生活活动量表(ADL)、中医症状积分、脑电图检查并观察不良反应。结果两组治疗后MMSE评分升高,ADAS-Cog、ADL评分、中医症状积分降低,与本组治疗前相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组变化更明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后两组脑电图α波频、α波幅、θ波频均增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),θ波幅降低(P<0.01),治疗组α波频与波幅、θ波幅变化优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组患者血、尿、便常规,肝、肾功能及心电图等指标治疗前与治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论五福心脑清软胶囊治疗AD气滞血瘀证疗效肯定,且不良反应少。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Wufu Xinnaoqing Soft Capsule （capsule for cardiovascular and cerebral vascular disease） for Alzheimer＇s disease fAD） of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. Methods Eighty AD patients of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomized into control group of 39 cases and treatment group of 41 cases. The Aricept tablet was given to both groups 5 to 10rag per time, once daily. Wufu Xinnaoqing soft capsule was added to the treatment group with 0.8g per time, three times daily. The treatment lasted for 6 months. The clinical effect was ob- served through Mini-Mental State Examination （MMSE）, Alzheimer＇s Disease Assessment Scale-Cognitive Subscale （ADAS- Cog）, Activity of Daily Living Scale （ADL）, scores of Chinese medical symptoms and electroencephalogram （EEG） before and after the treatment. The adverse action was observed aswell. Results After the treatment, the scores of MMSE were signifi- cantly increased, while the scores of ADAS-Cog, ADL and Chinese medical symptoms decreased in both groups （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, especially in the treatment group （P〈0.01）. After the treatment, the EEG wave frequency of a and 0 was significantly increased and the wave amplitude was increased as well in both groups （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, while the amplitude of 0 decreased （P〈0.01）. The change of a frequency, a amplitude and 0 amplitude in the treatment group was superior to those of the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference in blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, renal function and cardiogram after the treatment in both groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wufu Xinnaoqing soft capsule is effective for Alzheimer＇s disease fAD） of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome with few side effects.
