摘　　要：在胰岛细胞移植的过程中,当其一接触受体血液即会引发立即经血液介导的炎症反应(IBMIR),使胰岛细胞迅速破坏失去分泌胰岛素的功能,笔者就IBMIR发生机制所涉及的问题,包括凝血系统的激活、补体系统的激活和抗体的作用、炎症介质和炎症细胞的浸润以及葡萄糖毒性的作用等作一综述。The immediate blood-mediated inflammatory reaction（IBMIR） will be triggered when islets come in direct contact with the recipient＇s blood during islet cell transplantation,which causes the rapid loss of insulin secretion function of the islet cells.This paper addresses the problems involved in the occurrence mechanism of IBMIR,including the activation of the coagulation system and complement system,and the antibodies impact,and the roles of the inflammatory mediators and inflammatory cells infiltration as well as the glucose toxicity.
