摘  要:根据金属塑性理论建立了带钢稳定通板的理论模型,采用非线性软件Abaqus/standard对模型进行求解,对连续退火/热镀锌机组带钢瓢曲机理进行了研究。结果发现,横向压缩应力随着辊子凸度、带钢张力的增大而增大;在带钢传输过程中由于辊面与带钢之间的摩擦力,使横向压缩应力进一步增大,逐渐形成瓢曲;对比发现有限元模拟瓢曲发生与长大过程与大生产线的情况基本一致,瓢曲的宽度为2~4 mm。系统讨论了带钢瓢曲的判别标准,当带钢的横向壳弯曲曲率达到0.1 mm-1时,带钢就会发生瓢曲。The theoretical model of the strip traveling was constructed based on mental plasticity theory.The strip spooning distortion mechanism in continuous annealing and hot galvanizing line was studied based on the commercial software ABAQUS/Standard.The results show that the transverse compressive stress increased with the roll protruding and the strip tension increasing;the transverse compressive stress further increases due to friction between roll face and strip rod during the strip travelling,and the spooning distortion formed gradually;it was found by comparison that the spooning initiation and growth by finite element simulation were conformed with actual process on production line,the spooning width is 2-4 mm.The strip spooning occured when the strip transverse bend curvature reached 0.1 mm-1.
