摘 要:应用SEM、EDS和XPS研究了退火气氛氢含量对Mn-Si双相钢退火后表面氧化物形貌的影响。结果表明,Si在晶界有明显的偏析,晶界处生成的氧化物为SiOx,晶内生成的氧化物主要为MnO和Cr2O3。随着气氛中氢含量的增加,双相钢表面的晶内氧化物数量逐渐增多,而晶界处偏析的氧化物带由粗大变为细小。利用H.J.Grabke理论模型解释了上述现象。Effect of hydrogen content on surface oxides morphologies of the Mn-Si dual phase steel after annealing in protective atmosphere was investigated by SEM,EDS and XPS.The results show that Si exhibited obvious grain boundaries segregation and the oxides formed on grain boundaries was SiOx.The oxides formed intragranular were MnO and Cr2O3.With the increasing of hydrogen content,the quantities of oxides formed intragranular gradually increased,while the oxides on grain boundaries became narrow and fine.An explanation was proposed by using the theoretical model of H.J.Grabke.
