摘　　要：苯丙醇经溴代得1-溴-3-苯基丙烷(3)后,与乙胺反应得到N-苯丙基乙胺(4),4在氢氧化钠和溴化四乙铵催化下,与3再反应得到N-乙基-N-(3-苯丙基)苯丙胺(即阿尔维林,5),再与柠檬酸成盐得到解痉药枸橼酸阿尔维林,总收率约58%。Alverine citrate, a spasmolytic agent, was synthesized from 3-phenyl-l-propanol by bromination and reaction with ethylamine to produce N-ethyl phenylpropylamine （4）, which was reacted with l-bromo-3- phenylpropane in the presence of sodium hydroxide and tetraethyl ammonium bromide to obtain N-ethyl-N- （3- phenylpropyl） benzenepropanamine （5）, followed by salification with citric acid with an overall yield of about 58 % .
