摘　　要：将亚麻纱线的Uster测试数据进行主成分分析,构建综合评价函数,并与传统黑板检验数据进行比较。结果表明:通过此方法可以定性或定量地评价纱线的质量,分析结果与传统的黑板检验结果基本相吻合,有较好的一致性;有望用于亚麻纱线Uster检验结果的纱线质量控制和检测。运用此方法构建的Uster测定纱线条干均匀度的分析方法具有很好的潜在应用价值,构建一定的标准数据库之后,可尝试替代传统的黑板检验法。The test data of linen yarns with Uster was analyzed by principal component analysis method and compared with the test data by the seriplane.A comprehensive evaluation function was developed.It was shown that it is suitable for qualitative or quantitative evaluation of yarns,and its test result is in good agreement with that by seriplane test.It is very possible to use the principal component analysis for the analysis and quality control of linen yarns with Uster test data.Uster evenness test method coupled with the component analysis will have good potential applications.The data also indicated that the seriplane test may be replaced by the Uster test after constructing a standard database.
