摘 要:为提高桑蚕丝织物数码印花的得色量及手感,对桑蚕丝织物活性染料数码印花工艺进行了研究,探讨了前处理上浆配方对丝绸织物数码印花得色量的影响以及汽蒸、水洗工艺参数对青、品红、黄、黑4种颜色印花得色量的影响,测试了该处理条件下产品的色牢度,并评价其印花效果。结果表明:汽蒸时间为30 min时得色量较好;当前处理上浆配方中海藻酸钠用量为0.5%~1%,硫酸钠用量为7%,碳酸氢钠用量为1%,尿素用量为4%时,丝绸织物的喷墨印花色彩得色量达到最好,印花织物表观得色量K/S值可达74.81,各项色牢度均可达到4级以上。The paper investigated digital printing of silk fabrics with reactive dyes for improving its color yield and handle of the printed fabrics.The effect of dyeing formulation on the color yield as well as the impact of washing and steaming parameters on color yield of the reactive green,magenta,yellow and black were studied.The results of printing including color fastness was tested.The results showed that better color yield was obtained when the steaming time was 3 min.When the pretreatment formulation contained sodium alginate 0.5%~1%,sodium sulfate 7%,sodium bicarbonate 1%,urea 4%,the ink jet printed silk fabric acquired the best color yield,with K/S value up to 74.81 and all color fastness rating 4.
