摘 要:消防服在实现其防护性能的同时也给消防员带来了热应力的影响。与其防护性能相比,消防服的着装热应力研究是一个新兴的课题。通过总结消防服热应力的研究进展,分别从热应力的定义,热应力对人体工效性、热湿舒适性、人体生理方面的影响进行了分析探讨,总结了目前消防服常采用的降温方法,提出基于人体生理解剖传热学,应用相变材料等新材料技术,结合消防服面料、款式结构设计,研发新型降温系统,降低热应力,提高消防作战效率。During fire fighting,the fire-fighting suit provides the wearer with protection and simultaneously brings heat stress to him/her.In terms of the fire-fighting suit,nowadays a newly emerged hot research field is the heat stress brought by it to the wearer rather than its protective performance.This paper reviews the research progress of the heat stress brought by the fire-fighting suit to the wear in respect of the definition of heat stress,the influence of heat stress on human ergonomics,thermal and moisture comfort and physiology.The commonly used cooling methods for the fire-fighting suit are discussed,and based on human anatomy and heat transfer theory,it is suggested that new materials and technologies such as phase-changing material be used for the fire-fighting suit in combination with development of new fabrics,new styles,and new cooling system to reduce the heat stress and improve the work efficiency of firefighting.
