国外时态道义逻辑研究探析

摘　　要：义务的时效性特点及道义悖论的存在,使构建时态道义逻辑系统成为道义逻辑研究的新趋向。通过对国外不同类型时态道义逻辑系统的比较与分析,提出一种新的解悖方案:构建弱时态道义逻辑系统TDL0,并注重探究其研究成果在相关实践领域中的应用价值。Because of the temporal Characteristic of the obligation and the existence of deontological paradoxes,the construction of the temporal deontological logic system is becoming a new trend in the studies of the deontological logic.By analyzing and comparing the different types of the temporal deontological logic systems in foreign countries,we make a new solution proposal about the paradoxes,through setting up a weak temporal deontological logic system TDL0,and consolidating the application value in the oriented practice areas.
