摘  要:试验选取360只315日龄罗曼蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,分别饲喂添加0(对照组)、100、200、300 mg/kg仙人掌提取物的试验日粮,试验期49 d。研究仙人掌提取物对蛋鸡产蛋性能、血液生化指标、抗氧化能力和免疫机能的影响。结果表明:(1)日粮添加仙人掌提取物对蛋鸡采食量无显著影响(P>0.05),可显著提高产蛋率和平均蛋重(P<0.05);(2)200、300 mg/kg添加量水平可显著提高蛋鸡血清中钙、磷的含量,显著降低血清中胆固醇的含量;(3)仙人掌提取物能够提高蛋鸡血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活性和降低血清中丙二醛的含量;(4)300 mg/kg添加量能够显著提高蛋鸡血清中IgA、IgE、IgM、补体C3和补体C4的含量(P<0.05)。上述结果说明,在饲料中添加仙人掌提取物能够在一定程度上提高蛋鸡产蛋性能、抗氧化能力和免疫功能,改善血液生化指标。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of cactus extract on laying performance,blood bio- chemical index,antioxidant capacity and immunity function of hens.Three hundred and sixty 315-day-old Roman hens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates of 3 each, I group was fed the basal diet as a control group.While the others were fed the basal diet supplemented with 100,200,300 mg/kg cactus extract as treatments,respectively.The ex- periments lasted for 49 days.The results showed as follows : (1)laying performance of hens in group I1 and group Ill was significantly improved (P 〈 0.05),while feed intake was not significantly affected (P 〉 0.05).(2)Cactus extract 200,300 mg/kg adding level could significantly increase the content of Ca and P in serum(P 〈 0.05),and decrease cholesterol(P 〈 0.05). (3)Cactus could increase serum GSH-Px and SOD activity,and decrease the content of serum MDA content (P 〈 0.05 ). (4)300 mg/kg adding level could significantly increase IgE, IgM, IgA, complement C3 and complement C4 contents in serum (P 〈 0.05).In conclusion, supplementing cactus extract in diet could effectively improve the laying performance,im- mune function, antioxidant capacity, and serum biochemical indices.
