都市型绿道的感知与满意度研究——以广州市为例

摘　　要：珠三角"都市型绿道"的"绿色、生态、宜居、幸福"的理念改变着市民的出行方式和消费理念。绿道的建设及使用处于探索时期,在国内外相关研究的基础上,采用问卷调查的形式,以广州市为例研究市民对"都市型绿道"的感知及满意度。利用SPSS17.0对调查数据进行处理,采用因子分析法从绿道的12个观测变量中提炼出市民感知的5类主成份因子,再利用相关分析和多元线性回归分析确定这5类因子中对满意度影响最大的因子,依次为生态景观、通达性和配套设施。通过分析发掘"都市型绿道"的优势因子与弱势因子,对绿道建设和发展提出了具体建议,以进一步推进宜居城乡建设,提升居民幸福指数。The idea of ＂green, ecological, livable, well - being＂ of urban greenway of the Pearl River Delta is changing citizen＇ s trip mode and consumption concept. Greenway con- struction and utilization are still in the exploration in China. Based on the related research findings at home and abroad, this article takes a questionnaire survey to investigate the citizens＇ perception and satisfaction with urban greenway. By factor anal- ysis, this article extracts five types of the principal component factor of citizens＇ perception from the twelve observation varia- bles of greenway. Then by using correlation analysis and multi- pie Linear regression analysis, it identifies the factors that have significant effects on the citizens＇ satisfaction from the five fac- tors, including the ecological landscape, accessibility and sup- porting facilities. Then it puts forward some specific suggestions to the construction and development of greenway so as to promote the livable urban and rural areas construction and to improve the citizens＇ happiness index.
