摘　　要：近年来,多绳摩擦式提升机因为其种优点而在一些大中型矿井中得到了较广泛的应用,但是,因为其工作原理方面的原因,多绳摩擦式提升机存在着维护复杂、换绳工作困难等缺点,成为影响矿井正常生产的一个很重要的因素,文章针对摩擦式矿井提升机的换绳困难问题进行了一定的研究,设计出了一种快速换绳装置,对该装置的机械结构和液压系统进行了一定的介绍。Recently, because of the advantage of the multi-rope friction hoist, it is widely used in the mine, however, the multi-rope friction hoist dependence on the friction, so the wire rope is usually needs to be changed, which is hard on the situation, which hinder the normal production of the mine. This essay makes some research on the problem of changing the wire rope, and a device for changing the rope rapidly is designed, and the essay make some introduce on the device, including the machine and the hydraulic system.
