走向长壁炮采放顶煤工作面顶板控制的实践

摘　　要：鹤煤集团在复合顶板、断层构造多、软煤层等复杂地质条件下,采用走向长壁炮采放顶煤的采煤方法。在炮采垮落放顶煤工艺中,根据自身条件,采用π型钢梁对棚支架和液压支架联合对顶板进行控制,找出适合该矿井的顶板控制措施,很好地指导了矿井的安全与生产,取得了良好的经济效益,为类似条件的煤矿提供了宝贵经验。The mining method of strike longwall blasting and caving was applied in the complex geological conditions in Hebi Coal Group, such as the composite roof, more fault structures and soft coal seams. In the blasting and caving process, steel beams, shed supports and hydraulic supports were used for joint control of roof. The measures of roof control fitting the coal mine were found out. The mine safety and production were guided. The better economic benefits were obtained. The valuable experiences were provided for mimilar coal mines.
