高尿酸血症与心血管事件的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:了解高尿酸血症与心血管事件的关系。方法:选取体检的人群400例,收集每人的血尿酸、血压、血糖、血脂、心电图等,分成HUA组和非HUA组,统计高血尿酸对心血管事件的发生情况。结果:HUA组的年龄、性别、FBG、TC、TG及心血管事件的患病率均高于非高尿酸血症组,尿酸值在>420μmon/L时心血管事件患病率显著增高。结论:高尿酸血症与心血管事件密切相关,是心血管事件的危险因素之一。Objective I To study the relationship of hyperuricemia and cardiovascular events. Methods：400 subjects who enter a routine examination, collecting serum uric acid, blood pressure, blood glucose, total cholesterol, electrocardiogram, et al. 400 subjects were divided into two groups： hyperurieemia group and non - hyperuricemia group. Gather the occurrence of cardiovas- cular events with serum uric acid, Resutlts：The age, sex, FBG,TC, TG and cardiovascular events in HUA group was higher than the non - hyperuricemia group. Conclusions： Hyperuricemia has close re- lationship with cardiovascular events, and is one of the risk factors of cardiovascular events.
