摘　　要：目的:探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效及护理。方法:将100例哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用布地奈德和沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为82%,两组比较χ2=9.01,P<0.01,有显著差异性。结论:布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘效果显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective ：To investigate the budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric asthma clinical efficacy and nursing care. Methods： 100 cases of children with asthma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group, while the control group adapted conventional treatment, the observation group in the con- trol group based on the use of budesonide and salbutamol atomization inhalation treatment, compared the effect of two groups. Results： In the study group, the total efficiency of 96% for the control group, the total efficiency of 82%, two group X^2 = 9.01, P 〈 0. 01, with significant difference. Conclusions： Budesonide Combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of.pediatric asthma effect, less adverse reaction, worthy of clinical application.
