摘　　要：目的针对神经外科医院感染发生的高危因素,探讨干预医院感染的方法,减少神经外科医院感染的发生。方法医院感染管理部门建立神经外科医院感染管理规范并予督查,实施目标性监测,干预医院感染的发生。结果通过对神经外科医院感染的干预,医院感染率由2008年的12.7%降低至2010年的9.7%。结论多途径加强神经外科医院感染管理,是提高医疗质量、确保神经外科患者安全的可靠保证。OBJECTIVE To explore the interventional measures for noscomial infections in department of neurosurgery.METHODS The standards for control of nosocomial infection were established and supervised.Targeted surveillance was performed for the control of nosocomial infections.RESULTS The rate of nosocomial infection in department of neurosurgery decreased year by year from 2008 to 2010 through interventional measures.CONCLUSION To strengthen the management of nosocomial infection in department of neurosurgery by multiple approaches can ensure the medical quality and the safety of the patients in department of neurosurgery.
