摘　　要：本文对我国开展竞争情报活动中的合法行为,灰色信息与商业秘密的概念界定进行了较为深入的研究,并提出竞争情报中非公开发表信息收集的正当方式和企业人际网络的建立与运作的相关因素等,这对维护竞争情报活动的合法地位,促进我国竞争情报活动的健康发展具有现实意义。Thethesisstudiesthelegitimacyofcompetitiveintelligenceandtheconceptsofgreyin formationandcommercialsecret.Therelatedfactorsabouttheproperwaytocollectthdunpublishedin formationandhowtoestablishandoperatethepeoplenetworkofenterpriseareraised .Theviewpoints putupwillhavethepracticalsignificancetovindicatethelegitimatepositionandpromotethedevelop mentofcompetitiveintelligence .
