枳朴方中空栓对术后肠麻痹大鼠两种胃肠肽及一氧化氮的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨枳朴方中空栓在预防和治疗术后肠麻痹方面的作用机制。方法选用雌性大鼠,切除子宫建立术后肠麻痹模型,采用Elisa试剂盒观察枳朴方中空栓对血清中胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(Gas)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。结果假手术对照组较空白对照组MTL、Gas含量略低,NO略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);模型组较空白对照组MTL、Gas含量明显降低,NO明显增高(P<0.01);西沙必利中空栓组与枳朴方中空栓高剂量组较模型组MTL、Gas含量明显增高,NO明显降低(P<0.01);枳朴方中空栓低剂量组较模型组MTL、Gas含量增高,NO降低(P<0.05)。结论枳朴方中空栓能够提高术后肠麻痹大鼠血清中的MTL和Gas含量,降低NO含量,以达到调控胃肠运动的目的,可预防和治疗术后肠麻痹。Objective To probe into the mechanism of Zhipu Recipe hollow-type suppositories（ZRHTS） for preven- tion and treatment of postoperative enteroparalysis. Methods The female rats were used for establishing rat models of postoperative enteroparalysis by removing the uterus. The positive control group was given the cisapride hollowtype suppository. ZRHTS groups were given low and highdosage ZRHTS, respectively. The ELISA kits were used for testing serum contents of motilin（MTL）, gastrin（Gas） and nitric oxide（NO）. Results Compared with the blank con trol group, contents of the MTL and Gas were slightly lower and NO was higher in sham operation group, but the differences were insignificant between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）. Contents of MTL and Gas in the model group were significantly lower and NO was obviously higher than those of the blank control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the model group, the contents of MTL and Gas in positive control group and high-dose ZRHTS group increased obviously and NO decreased significantly（P 〈 0.01 ）. Contents of MTL and Gas in low-dose group were higher and NO was low er than those of the model group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ZRHTS can regulate the gastrointestinal movement by in creasing the serum contents of MTL and Gas and reducing NO content in postoperative enteroparalysis rats, which may contribute to its preventive and therapeutic mechanism.
