调肠理气片优化方对FC气秘证大鼠肠运动及结肠组织内MOT、CGRP的影响

摘　　要：目的观察调肠理气片优化方对功能性便秘(FC)气秘证大鼠排便时间、小肠推进率、结肠组织内胃动素(MOT)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响,以观其疗效并探讨其作用的可能机制。方法以优化方治疗FC气秘证模型大鼠,记录各鼠首粒黑便时间、小肠推进率;检测结肠组织内胃动素(MOT)、CGRP浓度,并与泽马可组、模型组、空白对照组进行比较。结果干预治疗后,优化组、泽马可组、空白对照组大鼠排便时间较短且相近(P>0.05),与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);小肠推进率方面,泽马可组高于其他各组,其余3组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);优化方组结肠组织内MOT浓度仅次于空白组、CGRP浓度仅高于空白组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论调肠理气片优化组方对FC有一定的疗效,对相关胃肠激素也有一定的调节作用,作用部位可能以结肠为主。Objective To observe the effect of the optimized recipe of Tiaochang Liqi Tablets on bowel movement and colonic motilin（MOT） and calcitonin-gene-related peptide（CGRP） in rats with Qistagnation functional constipation, and to explore its possible therapeutic mechanism. Methods The effect of the optimized recipe of Tiaochang Liqi Tablets on time for the first melena, the small intestinal propulsion ratio（SIPR）, and colonic levels of MOT and CGRP in Qistagnation functional constipation rats was compared with Zelmac. Results After treatment, defection time was shortened in optimized recipe group, Zelmac group and blank control group （P 〉 0.05）, and the differences were significant compared with the model group（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. SIPR was higher in Zelmac group than the optimized recipe group, model group and blank control group（P 〈 0.01 ）, but the difference was insignificant between the three groups（P 〉 0.05）. MOT level was lower and CGRP level was higher in the optimized recipe group than those in the blank control group, but the differences were insignificant（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The optimized recipe of Tiaochang Liqi Tablets is effective for Qi-stagnation functional constipation, and the therapeutic mechanism may be related with the regulation of gastrointestinal hormone, in particular colonic hormone.
