摘  要:目的对三叶豆紫檀苷在大鼠体内代谢产物进行研究,初步推测其体内代谢途径。方法收集大鼠灌胃给予三叶豆紫檀苷后的尿液和粪便,采用HPLC-MSn分析代谢物的色谱行为、电喷雾多级质谱信息,并与对照品和空白组大鼠对应代谢物比较。结果三叶豆紫檀苷大鼠灌胃给药后尿液中检测到代谢产物高丽槐素和高丽槐素-3-O-磺酸,粪便中检测到代谢产物高丽槐素。结论三叶豆紫檀苷在大鼠体内可广泛代谢,并推测了其体内代谢途径。Objective To investigate the principal metabolites of trifolirhizin in rats after intragastric(ig) administration by HPLCMSn, and to propose their metabolic pathways. Methods Urine and stool of the rats were collected after ad ministration for the comprehensive analysis of chromatographic retention time and electrospray mass spectrometry and multistage level information of the metaholites, and the results were compared with the reference substance. Results Maackiain and Maackiain3Osulfoacid were identified in urine, and Maackiain was identified in feces after tri folirhizin ig administration. Conclusion Extensive metabolism of trifolirhizin has been shown in rats after ig administra tion, and the metabolic pathway of the metabolites has been proposed.
