摘　　要：目的研究密花豆Spatholobus suberectus Dunn藤茎的化学成分。方法采用色谱技术进行分离纯化,波谱技术分析结构。结果从鸡血藤中分离得到4个化合物,鉴定其结构分别为:表儿茶素(epicatechin)、芒柄花苷(Ononin)、染料木苷(genistin)、羊红膻醇thellungianol。结论染料木苷(genistin)为首次在鸡血藤中发现,羊红膻醇thellungianol为首次在本科植物中发现。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the stem of Spatholobus suberectus Dunn. Meth- ods The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and their structures were identi fied on base of spectral data. Results Four compounds were isolated from Spatholobus suberectus Dunn. and were i dentified as epicatechin（ I ）, ononin（ Ⅱ ）, genistin（ Ⅲ ）, thellungianol（ IV ）. Conclusion Compound（ UI ） genistin has been found for the first time in the stem of Spatholobus suberectus Dunn., and Compound（ IV ） thellungianol has been found for the first time in the plant of Spatholobus suberectus.
