摘 要:目的完善南板蓝根的鉴别标准。方法采用性状鉴别及显微鉴别的方法对野生与栽培南板蓝根的形态及组织结构进行比较研究。结果野生与栽培南板蓝根药用部位、外观性状及横切面组织结构方面存在明显的差异。结论生态环境对马蓝生长有较大的影响,不同生长环境的南板蓝根药材形态及组织结构有明显的差异,建议《中国药典》增加栽培品的鉴别内容。Objective To supply further evidence for the completion of the identification standard of Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae. Methods The pharmacognosy of wild and cultivated Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae were compared and investigated by using the macroscopical and microscopical identification methods. Results Wild and cultivated Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae showed significant differences of the morphological and histological characteristics in medicinal parts, macroappearance, and transverse section. Conclusion The ecological environment has great influence on the growth of Baphicacanthis Cusia, and the pharmacognosy of Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae varies with the habitats. It is suggested that the identification content of cultivated Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae should be added into Pharmacopoeia of China.
