摘  要:介绍了选择性絮凝的分选机理,并选用相对分子质量300万的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM300)为选择性絮凝剂对富含高灰细泥的煤泥进行了浮选试验和选择性絮凝分选试验。结果表明:加入选择性絮凝剂,可有效提高精煤产率和可燃体回收率,精煤产率最高可提高25%,可燃体回收率最大增加26.50%,浮选完善指标最大增加9.78%。选择性絮凝剂的用量增加,浮选完善指标先增加后减小,最佳值为10~20 g/t;捕收剂-絮凝剂-起泡剂的加药顺序优于絮凝剂-捕收剂-起泡剂。The paper introduced the separation mechanism of the selective flocculation. The CPAM300 selected as the selective flocculant was applied to the floatation experiment and the selective flocculation separation experiment on the slime with high ash and fine coal. The resuhs showed that with the selective flocculant added, the clean coal production rate and the combustible mass recovery rate could be highly improved, the clean coal production rate could be highly improved 25% , the max recovery rate of the combustible mass could be improved 26. 50% and the max floatation perfect index could be improved 9.78%. When the usage of selective flocculant increased, the floatation perfect index would be firstly increased and then decreased. The optimized value would be 10 - 20 g/t. The adding sequence of the collector-floeculant-foaming agent would be better than the sequence of the floeculant-collector-foaming agent.
