我国民办高校治理的困境与解决途径

摘　　要：民办高校治理是由治理目标和治理机制共同构成的一个整体。就当前而言,虽然我国明确提出了民办高校的治理目标,但民办高校治理机制还不太理想,主要表现在外部治理机制欠优化和内部治理机制不健全两方面。因此,为提高民办高校治理的有效性,加强民办高校的有效治理要从明确政府角色定位、规范民办高等教育市场、培育社会中介组织、完善法律法规体系、增强董事会功能、打造职业化校长队伍、健全监督体系和完善大学章程等方面入手。The governance of non-governmental institutions of higher learning consists of objective and mechanism.At the moment,although we have clearly put forward the governance objective of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,its mechanism is not satisfied.This mainly reflects on two aspects,i.e.,less-optimized external and imperfect internal governance mechanisms.Thus,in order to improve the effectiveness of the governance of non-governmental institutions of higher learning it needs start from clarifying government roles,market regulation,cultivating social organizations,improving the legal system,enhancing the function of the board of directors,building professional leadership,perfecting the supervision system,and improving the university charters.
