摘　　要：以知识产权获取经济优势为我国提升国际竞争力奠定了良好的基础。文章遵从利益平衡的原则,将利益相关者理论引入知识产权政策研究,识别我国现有知识产权政策以及相应法规中涉及的利益相关者,指出我国知识产权政策以及相应法规中利益相关者权力与利益的缺失与不平衡。Using intellectual property rights to obtain economic advantages has laid a good foundation for promoting China＇s international competitiveness.Based on the principle of balanced interests,this paper introduces the stakeholder theory to intellectual property policy research to identify the stakeholders involved in the existing intellectual property policies and relevant legislations in China.It points out that the absence and imbalance of the power and interests of the stakeholder involved in the intellectual property policy and relevant regulations.
