摘　　要：统筹城乡发展是打破城乡二元经济结构的主要工作内容,其中工作重点是解决城乡市场的对接和一体化,而农村市场的欠发达不利于一体化市场的形成。实现商贸领域的双向流通是农村市场发展的有效途径,这种双向流动依托于市场经济的发展,现阶段我国处于经济转型时期,不可避免地存在着信用体系的不完善。本文侧重于分析城乡商贸流通体系建设中信用体系所存在的问题,并针对问题提出可行性措施,完善的信用体系有利于城乡双向流动商贸体系的建设。Building a two-way passage in commercial industry is an effective approach to speed up the devel- opment of rural market, the major barrier preventing the formation of an integrated market which is a necessity in breaking the existing dualistic economy and balancing the development of urban and rural areas. To build the twoway passage based on the development of market economy, the present credit system in commercial circulation system need improving, since China is exercising the transition. To achieve this purpose, the article brings forward several feasible solutions to the problems existing in the credit system after careful analysis.
