基于模糊综合评价法的城市生态环境质量综合评价——以大连市为例

摘　　要：论文针对城市快速发展过程中的生态环境问题,在查阅大量国内外相关文献,结合实地调研的基础上,对城市生态环境现状和问题进行了分析。运用可持续发展理论和生态经济学原理,从白然、社会、经济的角度,选取了20个单项指标,构建了大连生态环境质量评价指标体系,采用专家打分法、层次分析法和模糊综合评判法构建出城市生态环境质量评价的模型。并对大连市的生态环境质量进行了实证研究,定量地对大连的生态环境进行了综合评价。通过MapInfo软件生成大连市生态环境质量空间分布图。结论为全市生态环境质量总体保持优良,中心城区、长海县生态环境质量为优,金州区、旅顺口区、瓦房店市、庄河市为良,普兰店市为中。This thesis,aimed at the newly emerged ecological problems in the city rapid developing progress,was completed analyzing the present ecological condition and problems of the city by consulting plenty of civil and foreign documents and with the combination of the practical research.Using the sustainable development and ecological theories,from the perspectives of nature,society,and economy and selecting 20 items,this paper constructs the environmental quality evalualion index systems for city and also its models by means of analytic hierarchy process,specialist score making method and fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method And meanwhile,approving the validity of the models.And carried out the research with the real data of the Dalian,made the comprehensive valuation of the ecological environment of it.Tough the MapInfo software to generate the Dalian city ecological environment quality spatial distribution map.Conclusion for the city’s ecological environment quality is generally maintain good,the center city,Changhai County environmental quality is excellent.Jinzhou District,Lvshunko District,Wafangdian,Zhuanghe for good.Pulandian as medium.
