重组人干扰素α1b对小儿轮状病毒腹泻患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨重组人干扰素α1b对小儿轮状病毒腹泻患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法选取2009年11月～2010年12月于本院进行治疗的78例小儿轮状病毒腹泻患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(利巴韦林组)39例和观察组(重组人干扰素α1b组)39例,后将两组患者的治疗效果及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平进行统计及比较。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平高于对照组,CD8水平低于对照组,P均﹤0.05,差+++++异均有统计学意义。结论重组人干扰素α1b对小儿轮状病毒腹泻患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响较大,效果较好,临床优势较大。OBJECTIVE To study the influence of recombinant human interferon αlb for peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of children with rotavirus diarrhea. METHODS 78 ehildren with rotavirus diarrhea in our hospital from November 2009 to De- cember 2010 were seleeted as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group （ribavirin group, 39 eases） and observation group （recombinant human interferon αlb group, 39 eases）, then the efficacy and peripheral blood T lympho- cyte subsets of two groups were analyzed and compared. RESULTS The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, CD3^＋, CD4^＋ and CD4＊/CD8^＋ of observation group were higher than those of control group, CDs＋ was lower than that of control group （all P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences. CONCLUSION The influence of recombinant hu- man interferon αlb for peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of children with rotavirus dia：rrhea is bigger. The effects is better, and chnie advantage is bigger.
