摘　　要：目的观察氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺在云南大山区的试验效果。方法在鹤庆县血吸虫病流行区,采用氯硝柳胺不同药物剂量进行现场泥敷灭螺,灭螺后180 d内连续观察6次钉螺变化情况和泥敷药泥对钉螺的持续灭螺效果。结果鹤庆县泥敷灭螺试区各药物组钉螺死亡率为51.28%～100.00%,各药物组60 d钉螺死亡率达到76.74%以上,90 d钉螺死亡率达到92.11%以上。药泥室内浸出液和现场沟渠浸出液杀螺试验显示,随着药物浓度的增加钉螺死亡率增高;随着时间的延长钉螺的死亡率降低。灭螺15、30 d后8 g/m2组及12 g/m2组仍有较强的杀螺效果,90 d各组仍有一定的杀螺作用。结论氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺效果较好,在云南高原平坝地区和高原峡谷地区具有一定的推广使用价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of snail control through soil pasting mixed with Niclosamide in Yun- nan mountainous areas. Methods Schistosomiasis epidemic areas in Heqing county were selected, and soil pasting mixed with different dosage Nielosamide was conducted. The change of snail and the effect of snail control by soil pasting were observed 6 times continiously in 180 days after snail control. Results The mor- tality rate of snail was from 51.28% to 100. 0% with different dosage groups which through soil pasting mixed with niclosamide. The mortality rate of snail was more than 76.74% in all groups after 60 days, and more than 92. 11% after 90 days. The killing snail test by using indoor lixiviated liquid of soil with Nielosamide and the lixiviated liquid of ditch showed that the snail mortality rates were increased along with the higher drug lev- el. The mortality rates of snail were decreased along with the extension of time. After 15 days and 30 days of killing snail, the 8 g/m2 group and the 12 g/m2 group still had strong effect of killing snail, each group still had certain effect after 90 days. Conclusions Soil pasting mixed with Niclosamide to kill snail has good effect and worth generalizing in the plateau flatness region and the plateau canyon region in Yunnan.
