沼气池在血吸虫病传染源控制中的作用

摘  要:目的观察沼气池对血吸虫卵、钉螺、尾蚴杀灭作用。方法将混有活血吸虫卵人粪便以模拟自然排便状态投放到沼气池入料口中,分别在7、15、30、60 d分别取出粪样进行孵化,检查虫卵的死活;在室内与室外观察沼气液对钉螺、尾蚴杀灭效果。结果以尼龙绢袋包裹方式投放后,7 d后孵化计数显示钉螺存活率仅为0.78%;沼气液浸泡7 d 1:5沼液杀灭钉螺率室内为93.33%,现场沼气原液7 d钉螺杀灭率为10.21%;室内沼气液杀灭尾蚴实验1:5沼液5 min后死亡率90%。结论沼气池对血吸虫卵及尾蚴有明显的杀灭作用。cercana Objective To observe the exterminate effect of methane to Schistosomiasis eggs, oncomelania and Methods Four bags of mixture of human defecation and live Schistosomiasis eggs were put into the methane -generating pit's material intake; 1 bag of the eggs was incubated on the 7th, 15th, 30th and 60th day each, then count the survival eggs; the extermination effect of methane - generating pit's liquid to cercari- a and oncomelania in the outdoor and indoor environments was observed. Results After put with nylon bags wrapped in for 7 days, the incubation counting showed that the rate of survival eggs was only 0.78% ; and in the 1 : 5 dilution of methane - generating pit's liquid for 7 days, the rate of extermination to oncomelania was 93.33% in the indoor environment and 10.21% in the outdoor environment; and in the 1:5 dilution of methane - generating pit's liquid for 5 mins, the rate of extermination to cercaria was 90. 00%. Conclusion Methane has obvious exterminate effect to Schistosomiasis eggs and cercaria.
