摘　　要：回顾出版部门与图书馆进行合作的历程,指出两者的合作并不成功;重点分析在版编目没有达到预期效果的原因,以及它对图书馆界和出版界产生的影响;提出图书馆与出版部门加强合作、互利互惠的设想和建议。Reviews the course of cooperation between the library and publishing board, indicating that the cooperation is unsuccessful, emphasitically analyses the reasons of its unsuccessfulness and the future effect on the library and publishing board,and puts forward some suggestions and ideas about strengthening cooperation and mutual benefits between them.
