依那普利对糖尿病肾病的治疗作用及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的探讨依那普利对糖尿病肾病的治疗作用及不良反应。方法随机选择68例糖尿病肾病患者分为2组,对照组31例予常规治疗,治疗组37例在常规治疗糖尿病的基础上,加服依那普利10 mg/d,口服,1次/晚,共8周。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组。治疗组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿微量白蛋白(ALB)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)明显降低,对照组治疗前后无显著差异。2组平均动脉压(MAP)治疗前后均无明显变化。治疗组出现轻微干咳3例,头晕1例。结论依那普利对糖尿病肾病有较好的临床治疗作用,且不良反应轻微,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect and adverse reactions of enalapril on diabetic nephropathy.Methods Sixty-eight patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups.The control group（n=31） received routine therapy,and the treatment group（n=37） received both enalapril（10 mg/d,oral intake,once/night,lasted for 8 weeks） and routine therapy.Results The efficacy rate was obviously higher in the treatment group than in the control group.The 24 h quantity of urine protein,UAER, ALB,Scr,BUN in the treatment group decreased obviously,but there was no obvious difference in the control group.There were 3 patients with slight dry cough and 1 patient with dizziness in the treatment group.Conclusion Enalapril has good effect on diabetic nephropathy,and the adverse reactions are minimum.It’s worthy of wider application.
