摘  要:目的观察与对比机械通气患者两种气道湿化方法的效果。方法将100例气管插管机械通气患者随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组用蒸汽加温、雾化吸入、定时定量气管滴注湿化液、按需吸痰及配合医生定期行纤维气管镜检查气道湿化方法,对照组用蒸汽加温、雾化吸人、吸痰时气管滴注湿化液3-5mL湿化气道法,观察和探讨两种方法用于机械通气患者气道湿化的效果。结果两组差异有统计学意义,P〈0.01。应用蒸汽加温、雾化吸入、定时定量气管滴注湿化、按需吸痰及配合医生定期行纤维气管镜检查气道湿化,可有效预防痰痂形成,减轻气道损伤和避免肺部感染等并发症。结论采用蒸汽加温、雾化吸入、定时定量气管滴注湿化、按需吸痰配合医生定期行纤维气管镜检查的方法进行气道湿化,方便、安全,能有效减少并发症,减轻患者痛苦,提高工作效率。Objective To evaluate the effect of two kinds of airway humidification methods during mechanical ventilation. Methods One hundred patients with endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The experiment group was humidified by heating water vapor, aerosol inhalation, timing and quantitative in- tratracheal dripping of humidification liquid, sputum drainage and regular fiberoptic bronchoscopy for airway humidification. The control group received heating water vapor, aerosol inhalation, tim- ing and quantitative intratracheal, tracheal instillation of 3 to 5 mL humidification liquid after suetioning. Then the effect of 2 kinds of airway humidification methods applied to mechanical ventilation patients was observed and evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, the experi- ment group could effectively prevent and reduce formation of phlegm scab, airway injury, and avoid pulmonary complications, such as infection. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.01). Conehtsion It is safe, convenient and effective to humidify airway by heating water vapor, aerosol inhalation, timing and quantitative intratracheal dripping of humidifi- cation fluid, sputum drainage and regular fiberoptic bronchoscopy for airway humidification. It can effectively reduce pulmonary complications, relieve patients' pain and improve work efficiency.
