血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的日常维护及如何避免和预防并发症的方法。方法总结58例行血液透析的患者使用动静脉内瘘的护理过程。结果 47例患者动静脉内瘘使用正常,而11例出现了内瘘闭塞、感染等并发症。结论指导患者掌握正确的内瘘锻炼方法、穿刺方法、按压方法及合理控制血糖、血压和严格无菌操作是保护动静脉内瘘,避免内瘘闭塞、感染的关键。Objective To investigate the daily nursing of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients to prevent complications. Methods Fiftyeight hemodialysis patients were included in the study. The nursing of arteriovenous fistula was observed. Results Forty - seven patients had a normal use of their arteriovenous fistula while 11 patients had some complications such as fistula blockade and infection. Conclusion Patients should be instructed in having proper exercise of arte- riovenous fistula, punctuation, pressurization, tight control of blood sugar and blood pressure and strict sterile manipulation. All these measures are important to protect arteriovenous fistula, prevent fistula blockade and relevant infections.
