摘  要:摩擦搅拌焊接过程各区域所经历的焊接热循环不同,而且伴有搅拌头的机械作用,必然导致各区域组织结构的不均匀变化,将接头分为不同的区域,各个区域的显微组织有明显差别。通过对2024-T4铝合金摩擦搅拌焊接头的金相观测,分析了各区域组织形态、形成原因和强化相分布,研究了热塑性材料流动情况对孔洞缺陷形成的影响。The microstructure of friction stir welding joint is uneven and it can be divided into several zones by the morphology of microstrueture. The uneven microstructure appeared due to the different heat circulations and mechanical movement of the stir head during weld ing process. Therefore the welding joint can be divided into different zones according to the differences of mierostructure pattern. The microstructures in different zones are distinguished from each other greatly. The fraction stir welding joint of 2024T4 aluminum alloy has been analyzed by microscope. The structure pattern and strengthening phases distribution in differ ent zones have been investigated. The effect of metal thermoplastic flow pattern on forming of cavity defects were studied as well.
