摘 要:[目的]探讨不同来源甘蔗品种的抗旱性,为甘蔗抗旱种质资源的推广提供参考。[方法]以叶片自然干旱症状和复水后恢复情况进行对比,采用6种不同生理指标系统聚类分析方法,分析了甘蔗生长前期10个不同产地来源的甘蔗品种抗旱性差异。[结果]10个品种中,印度的NCo310和GT28品种表现为高抗;ROC22、赣蔗18号、柳城04-12、粤糖93-159品种表现中抗;台糖F172、园林6号、GT21和B8和表现低抗。[结论]重心法聚类抗旱分析结果与自然干旱症状和复水后恢复情况存在较高吻合度,适用于多个品种之间的比较。[Objective] The aim was to discuss the drought resistance of sugarcane cultivars from different places, which will provide reference for promoting sugarcane drought resistance germplasm resources. [ Method ] Through the comparison of leaf natural drought symptom and recovery after rehydration, by using six different physiological indicators and cluster analysis method, the drought resistance differences of ten sugarcane cultivars from different places were analyzed during early growth stage. [ Result] The results indicated that India NCo310 and GT28 show highly drought-resisting ; ROC22, Ganzhel8, Liucheng 04-12, Yuetang 93-159 show moderately drought - resisting; Taitang F172, Yunlin 6, GT'21 and B8 show weak drought - resisting. [ Conclusion ] Some varieties had the same results between cluster analysis and natural drought death and re- covery after rehydration.
