摘  要:[目的]探讨不同浓度铜对紫色新几内亚凤仙(Impatiens hawkeri)开花性状的影响。[方法]在砂培条件下,设铜浓度为0、3.2×10-9、3.2×10-7、3.2×10-6、3.2×10-5mol/L,处理60 d后测定各项指标并对花瓣表皮细胞进行显微观察。[结果]当铜浓度为3.2×10-7mol/L时,紫花新几内亚凤仙花色深,开花数多且花朵直径大;当铜浓度为3.2×10-5mol/L时,花色最浅,花朵翼瓣向后卷曲。[结论]不同浓度的铜能适当调节紫色新几内亚凤仙的花形花色。[ Objective ] The effects of copper on flowering characteristics of Impatiens hawked were studied. [ Method J 0, 3.2 x 10-', 3.2 x 10-7, 3.2 xl0-6, 3.2 x 10-Smol/L copper were used to treat Impatiens hawked in sand culture conditions, and after 60 days, all indicators were determined and petal epidermal cells were microscopic observed. [ Result~ When copper concentration was 3.2 ~ 10 -7 mol/L in nutrient so- lution, Impatiens hawked had the deepest flower color, the biggest flower diameter and the most numerous flowers number among all copper treat- ments. When copper concentration was 3.2 x 10 -Stool/L, Impatiens hawked had the palest flower color, and two pieces of wing petal of Impat/ens hawker/turn back into tube-shape. [ Conclusion] Different concentration copper can suitably adjust the flower shape and flower color of Impatiens hawker/.
