摘 要:[目的]提高单性木兰种子发芽率。[方法]对单性木兰种皮透水性、种皮和胚乳抑制物及浸种催芽进行研究。[结果]单性木兰种皮透水性较好,不是引起种子休眠的主要原因,种皮和胚浸提液对白菜种子发芽率影响不大,可能不存在发芽抑制物;温水、双氧水和赤霉素溶液浸泡种子均能使单性木兰种子发芽,提高发芽率,其中以400 mg/L赤霉素浸泡12 h效果最佳。[结论]研究结果为单性木兰种质资源保存与栽培利用提供了参考依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to improve seed germination rate of Kmer/a septenr/ona~. [ Method ] Water absorption of seeds coat, biotic germination inhibitors and affection of soaking on germination of K. septenrionalis was studied. [ Result ] The results showed that the seed coat of K. septenrionalis has an excellent character of water absorption. So it is not the main reason of seed dormancy. The extract solution of albumen and embryo contain little germination inhibitors which have not significant effect on seed germination. Germination rate of K. septenrionalis seed treated with the warm water,H202 and GA3 solution were improved. Soaking seeds in 12 h with 400 mg/L GA3 solution is the best treatment method. [ Conclusion] The results will provide reference basis for preservation and cultivation of tL septenrwna//s germplasm resources.
