绦虫石蜡切片的制作方法

摘　　要：[目的]制作形态完整、结构清晰的绦虫成虫石蜡切片,详细观察其组织结构。[方法]选取扩展莫尼茨绦虫和贝氏莫尼茨绦虫2种绦虫成虫体节,用常规石蜡切片法和改进石蜡切片法分别进行制作。[结果]2种方法均可获得完整性的切片,而改进石蜡切片法制备理想切片的成功率是常规石蜡切片法的5倍。[结论]结果为关于绦虫的教学和科研提供了资料。[ Objective ] To make morphologically intact and structurally clear adult specimen paraffin sections of tapeworm,so as to make a de- tailed observation of their organizational structure. [ Method ] Two kinds of tapeworm adult body section of Moniezia expansa and Moniezia benedeni were selected and made into specimens respectively by conventional paraffim section method and the improved paraffin section method. [ Result ] Both methods obtained the ideal slices,but the successful rate of impro~,ed paraffin section method was five times that of the conventional paraffin method. [ Conclusion] The research results provided data for the teaching and research of tapeworms.
